Learning through play: a brand experience kit for the Sephora sales team

Training doesn’t have to be boring. It is useful, informative, and inspiring, but it can also be really fun. That was what we were hoping to achieve with the training kit we designed for Sephora’s employees.

Going through the kit is reminiscent of playing multiple games, except that the players would take away valuable pieces of information they can use with customers in real time. This kit is used to train employees on how to answer frequently asked questions by the public, ranging from skincare products to cosmetics.

The result? Ecstatic Sephora employees who are properly equipped with valuable knowledge and are ready to serve.
